Cancelled order, refund still not reflecting in my Card.

Question

Cancelled my order, got refunded on Apr 17 ($616.20), but until now I am constantly checking my CC and no refund (which is weird because I have other ebay refund in a later date from the same card and the refund showed within 2 days.)

Can someone guide me how to contact ebay, i tried the Help option but its all automated (or call option, which I cant do because i dont have a US number)
