Cancelled Order Issue
A buyer purchased and paid for an item at night (after I went to bed) and then around 1 in the morning started sending me messages to cancel the order. I was sound asleep so did not see them until morning when I cancelled the order. I then received a message from the buyer stating they had cancelled through PayPal (their payment method). I now do not know if they are getting refunded by PayPal AND my ebay funds. Any advice on how I can talk (chat) with someone at ebay to find out? Thanks, in advance, for any ideas,
