Cancelled Order, EBay Still Asking Me to Provide Feedback
After winning one of my auctions, a buyer asked me to cancel the order as the international shipping was too high. The auction had other bidders. I cancelled the order. Why is eBay asking me to provide feedback on this transaction? Do I Report the Buyer as I lost out on sale to another bidder? Thanks
