Cancelled order due to it being lost but after 3 weeks it was delivered
How do I get paid for an item that I cancelled as I thought it was lost and refunded buyer as I shipped it 3 weeks ago and it was never scanned in by post office and appeared to be lost. Now tracking has updated and it is going to arrive today and need to get re-imbursed for cancelling the order. It was a $200 order.

If the buyer has already been refunded, they are not required to return it or repay you.
Once you have confirmed that the item has been delivered, contact the buyer and you can either send them a Paypal invoice if they agree to pay for the item or send a prepaid return shipping label so they can return the item. But, as stated, the buyer is not required to do either option.
