Cancelled order charged for shipping
Buyer wanted order cancelled hours after purchasing. The shipping cost was deducted from my checking account. How do I get that refunded too? Item was packaged up but not mailed.

If the label was never scanned, you have up to 28 days to void/cancel it. You will see your refund in approximately 21 days. You can cancel the label from your Shipping Labels page.
