cancelled order by mistake; seller paid, their refund was processed, but seller wants to buy item
I misunderstood a buyer's email question. I thought they wanted to cancel their purchase - as this was in the title of the email. I cancelled the order. The buyer's refund was processed/returned. The buyer still wants to buy the item.
I relisted the item before I heard back from the buyer - but I could not revise the listing to a "buy now." Informed the buyer of this process.
Any suggestions on how the purchase can go to the original buyer?
