cancelled order by eBay from international shipping
I sold a product to Australia buyer and shipped thru eBay international shipping. I received a short email after shipping to eBay hub from eBay saying -
"We wanted to let you know that unfortunately this item could not be shipped internationally. As a result, your order can’t be fulfilled. This could be due to import restrictions or eligibility requirements. You get to keep the sale and we’ve issued a refund to your buyer. "
I have shipped many similar items ( A hand saw) to Australia recently. The buyer is very upset and tells me he has received similar items purchased thru ebay recently. Can ebay give me a more exact reason for the cancellation. The buyer now states he is leary about purchasing from me in future because of this. Thanks for help. Wish I could talk to eBay support like in years past!!
