cancelled order but says i still owe money
i cancelled an order because i lost money on shipping but ebay says i still owe money. maybe for shipping label

Mentor1 year agoYou are required to ship that paid order. Cancelling a paid order is a big no-no. You are expected to cover the cost of shipping because the error was yours. In the future, add the cost of shipping to the furthest coast for your free shipping listings. If using calculated, the distance would be calculated.

if you wish, but why? Just adjust your shipping.
This buyer can leave you a negative feedback since you cancelled their paid order.

OP1 year agoI gave reason for cancelling: "problem with address." the address was in hawaii which made the shipping
cost so high that i lost almost $20 on the sale.
