Cancelled order after delivery
I received an email saying that my order was cancelled because the buyer account no longer exists. I have already gotten paid, sent out the item, and had it delivered. Is there anything I need to do?

No - if eBay needs you to do anything, they will let you know.
They cancel transactions for buyers removed within 30 days of opening their account.
