-New Sellers have their funds held for up to 31 days, you can read about that there: Transaction holds | eBay
-A transaction will remain on your account in your Orders file since the purchase was originally recorded. The cancellation generates a refund on your account which is a tax deduction on your income tax return.
-You can Archive the transaction but your account still carries the sold value and refunded amount via the cancellation
-That transaction will remain on your Leave Feedback list for 90 days until eBay drops it or you leave Feedback on the transaction ... which you may or may not wish to do.
-You can add Buyers to your Blocked list on this page: Buyer management | eBay
