Cancelled order
I purchased an item and my husband thought I ordered the wrong one so he cancelled the order. It was the correct one and I need to remove the cancelation. Can this be done?

Buyers can only ask the seller to cancel their purchase, they cannot cancel on their own. If you have gotten a confirmation of the cancellation, then there is no way to undo it.
If you have not received confirmation, message the seller and ask him not to cancel and to ship your purchase.

I would definitely message the seller and ask him to ship.
If the seller does not confirm cancellation within 3 days, then it is considered declined and the seller is obligated to ship.

OP4 months agoI messaged the seller and he declined the cancellation and sent the item. It's on its way. Thanks for the help.
