Cancelled Order
I cancelled an order yesterday because it was International. I now have sold the item and it tells me I have over $600 and need to give my SSN. But the actual sales are only $300. They let me and buyer agreed to the cancelled order. So my sales are only $300. I do not want to give ebay my SSN if possible and do not expect them to withold income tax or show it on the IRS form.
Do I just need to wait a day or two until they clear the first order that was cancelled?
