Mentor2 years ago@emkas There was an issue with buyers purchases made from orders placed by buyers on iOS from April 7th through April 19th, looks to be an Apple app issue that is now fixed according to eBay customer service. I just chatted with them this morning.
Sellers address were reverting to old ones stored in their account and not the correct address.
You can let your buyer know what happened and then relist and ask them to buy again, just be safe I'd recommend using a computer or different device.
