Cancelled order

I am the seller and I received a notice from Ebay that an order had been canceled due to systems issue - no further explanation was given. It appears are a refund was given to the buyer. Meanwhile, the buyer says they did not cancel and is waiting for the product to arrive. Is there any way I can contact ebay to understand the situation. I don't know how to proceed.

@6699jerry If a refund was given to the buyer then they will need to pay you again for it. That is an odd message though.
