Cancelled order
Hi. I ordered a Dyson Airwrap on Nov 21st and paid for it using Paypal. I contacted the seller 2 days ago as it hadn't arrived and they said they cancelled the order as they thought I was a fake account (I ordered as a guest off my phone). They said they can no longer refund my money. (£339) I have failed to contact any live operator on Ebay and I really need a refund so I can buy the item elsewhere.
