Cancelled my item
Hi guys
I ordered some thing from eBay and same time I did cancel it because the order come to me too late
you guys not refund my money back L don’t know what happened
so please refund my money

-First, this is not eBay. This is a public forum supported by Buyers and Sellers like yourself, we assist other members with using the eBay venue.
-Buyers CANNOT cancel a transaction, they can only REQUEST a cancellation but the Seller has final say on whether or not they accept the cancellation. If the item was in transit when you requested the cancellation the Seller will NOT cancel. If they did you would get the item for free whether it is late or not.
Really sorry that happened. In the future if an item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date you can file for a refund on the item in your Purchase history, just pick the reason that you have not received the item and follow the steps in the claim. If the item arrives during the claim period the case can be closed in the Seller's favor with tracking showing a successful delivery.
