cancelled listing

Question

I HAD A CAST IRON SMILE AND SAVE BANK LISTED AND EBAY KICKED IT OFF, THEY SAID IT WAS OFFINSIVE . I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW , "SMILE AND SAVE IS OFFENSIVE TO ANYONE. THE ONLY THING I CAN TELL IS BECAUSE IT HAS A "WHITE FACE, THERE ARE OTHER BANKS JUST LIKE IT BUT WITH A BLACK FACE AND EBAY HAS NOT KICKED THEM OFF.. WOULD THIS BE DISCRMINATION. I HAVE 100% PERFECT SCORE AND HAVE BEEN WITH EBAY OVER 22 YEARS AND HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. PLEASE HELP, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

“Items with racist, anti-Semitic, or otherwise demeaning portrayals, for example through caricatures or other exaggerated features, including figurines, cartoons, housewares, historical advertisements, and golliwogs”

Cast Iron Save and Smile Banks are generally a caricature and not allowed on eBay.

Even though you may see other listings, it doesn't mean the item is allowed.

✓ The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Many will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, and they get a serious warning on their account. Or, their account will be closed.

I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings but trust me, sellers who violate policies do get caught. You won't be notified when their listings get pulled down, but they are removed, nonetheless.

I know this isn't the answer you want to hear. You can find other marketplaces where you can sell these items.
