Cancelled Labels
Hi,
I recently sold an item on Ebay, I printed a couple of labels not knowing I was being charged for each label. I printed a label to use for USPS, but went with UPS instead. So, I was charged for the USPS but technically didn't use it. Is there a way to get a refund for the charge I didn't use.

Mentor9 months agoYou have 28 days to go to your shipping label list and cancel the one you did not use. Keep in mind that the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. eBay will then let you know when the carrier allows the refund.
