cancelled labels

Question

I sold a set of Nike golf clubs to a buyer in Polk City Florida and could nt get my printer to print the item. I kept trying 5 times and it never printed. I was billed for five labels. I was never reimbursed for the cancelled item. I have tried many ways and had no luck. The total of the five cancelled labels is about $50. I had to go to the UPS office myself and buy my label there. Please help me with this item. I have been with eBay selling items and never had this problem. My item shows up on the "sold" page.

Here's how to void a shipping label you printed on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void.

- Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.

- Select Void shipping label.

The refund will not be "instant" it will occur after the shipper has processed it (14-21 days I suspect for UPS).
