Cancelled label
I canceled my shipping label because I couldn’t print it. I ended up purchasing my own label. It’s been weeks and the “refund†from the cancellation has not showed. So turns out I paid shipping twice. Is there anything I can do?

If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. You will receive an email once they approve the refund. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. More details on the page below.
