Cancelled item label printed but not shipped

I received an order for an item. I completed the order and printed a shipping label for the item. I then noticed that the buyer canceled the order. I am curious on what to do next. Should I let the item be shipped, or should I not ship the item.

I would void your shipping label and sell the item again.

There is nothing but trouble ahead if you send something to someone who doesn't want it.

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.

- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
