If you already shipped the item and you printed your discounted label through eBay the tracking number was uploaded to the transaction for your protection.
The Buyer will see on their purchase history that they item has shipped if you used tracking ... you did use tracking on the sold item right?
You can decline the cancellation request if it is still there in your messages and let the customer know the item shipped already.
If the Buyer refuses the package it will be returned to you BUT, the Buyer loses their eBay Money Back Guarantee if they do that.
The Buyer may know how eBay works and can force a return on you which means you will pay for the return shipping and have to refund once you get the item back. You No returns accepted policy is limited in what type of return it applies to ... like remorse returns (Buyer changed their mind, didn't like, didn't fit, etc.)

OP11 months agoThank you so much for replying I really appreciate you! Yes I used the label from eBay and even sent the customer a picture of the tracking number. I just didn’t know if I should start a return because they said to cancel it not return it and I already mailed it. I had one return once and I refunded the customer and never got my item back 😔 so I didn’t want to refund them unless I get the item back this time but I also have a 100% rating and I’m afraid that will be affected if I don’t refund them
