cancelled initial shipping label awaiting answer
After noticing a mistake in the weight of the item I cancelled the shipping label and just purchased shipping at the local Post Office, how do I know if the rquest has been accepted or not? The Item arrived to the buyer and he has it, yet the shipping label has still been deducted from my funds...how do I go about getting that refund? thx

Mentor6 months ago@2025th_75. It takes approximately 21 days to receive the refund for the canceled label.
The shipping company has to make sure that the label is not used.
You will see the refund on your all transactions page.
