Mentor1 year agoYou can check to see if you have any Second Chance offers available. Find the listing in your sold list and from the drop down menu next to the item click on Second Chance Offers. Users can opt out of receiving these so you may or may not see any. If you see users listed you can send them the offer which would be at their highest showing bid and not the winning bid.
Keep in mind that most bidders have moved on from your item so they may not accept the offer.
