Cancelled auction bid.
I just had a buyer cancel an auctioned item. Buyer stated he did not authorize the bid. How do I offer the item to the next bidder.

-First, Buyers can only "request" a cancellation on a bid or auction. Sellers do not have to honor that request but I do to avoid issues down the road.
-If the auction has not Ended yet wait for the next highest bidder or another Buyer to bid.
-If the auction ended and the Buyer wants it cancelled do so, then click on the Bid number and you will see the Second chance offer available on the right. Or if you go to the Sold item AFTER cancelling there will be a link to the Second chance offer if the auction qualifies for it.
-You can add members to your blocked list on this page if you no longer want to sell to them in the future: Buyer management | eBay
