Cancellatuon rejected even though item has not been ahipped
I purchased a phone locked to AT&T. Only to realize the phone has not been paid for by the original owner. I requested order to be canceled and it was rejected. The seller has not shipped the order, has not responded to my messages but also does not accept returns. Advice please?
