Mentor5 months agoWhy did you call your message CANCELLATIONS, but then you are stating the item has shipped. If item has shipped, you need to enter the tracking number into the sold transaction. That is automatically done for you if you use ebay shipping. If you pay retail counter rates, you need to manually enter the tracking number into the transaction.
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Click the 3 dots and then enter the tracking number from your carrier receipt.
