Cancellations
I recently cancelled an item and the seller is saying if they agree to my cancel, that they will be charged 12.25.
Somehow this doesn't seem right, can someone get back to me regarding this issue, please.

Mentor1 year agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel a transaction. If the seller files the cancellation for Buyer requested, ebay will credit you back the final value fee that was charged on the transaction.

I'm just trying to imagine in what scenario the Seller would be charged to cancel.
