The item #115913045118, I bought it 05-17-2025, it is Sandal Fila size 8, as soon as finishing complete the order, entering the payment, the size of the Sandals change to size 7, this size will be too small and I cancelled it for that reason and the seller replied is too late, This is ridiculous, I don't know where Ebay Company got that seller, I just cancelled it as soon as I saw the problem, size 7 won't fit, seller does not except it and he wants to send it to me anyway, it is going to be a problem, I tried to avoid wasting time, but, he tried to continue, that seller is head as hard as rock. I want someone to help me with that issue. Thank you

Mentor1 year ago@frafr_r_mfdhtfxh Let the seller know that if they do not issue a refund now that you file an eBay Money Back Guarantee return request once the shoes arrive. The seller then has to pay return shipping AND refund 100%>
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos. Do NOT select doesn't fit or the seller can deny the return.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
