Cancellation requested
I am very new to selling on ebay. A customer requested a cancellation:
1) I don't show her to have the winning bid. In fact, her bid was declined because I had another buyer.
2) The item was already mailed to the winning buyer.
3) Will ebay handle this??
Thank you!

-Do you have an item in this file on Seller hub? If so you need to pack the item, print the label and ship it: Orders — eBay Seller Hub
If you no longer have the item then you will have to Cancel using the reason Out of stock, your account will get a strike on it.
-Do you have an item in this file on Seller Hub Awaiting payment: Orders — eBay Seller Hub
If so and the person who owes you money is the one who asked you to cancel the use the drop-down menu on the left side of the item and select Cancel. On the next page use the drop down menu again to select one of three reasons, use the one that states Buyer requested. Complete the cancellation BUT if this is the duplicate listing that @disneyshopper is referring too and you actually do NOT have the item them do NOT click the Relist for Free toggle button on the cancellation flow. You do NOT want it to go Active again and sell and not have the item
