Cancellation Request Denied - Negative Feedback Received
Last year I got an email from eBay stating that buyers who request a cancellation wouldn't be able to give the seller a negative feedback. Well, a denied a cancellation request and then a return request which ultimately resulted in a negative feedback. Did eBay change the policy again?

Mentor1 year ago@sanfords The only time a buyer can't leave a feedback that I am aware of is if the order was canceled as Unpaid.
I know it's frustrating but it's always best to agree to cancel a sale if the buyer requests it, it's never a good idea to try and force a sale.
