Cancellation request declined before shippment.

Question

Item was bought by mistake and it was cancelled same day. Three days later I received the cancellation declined with a tracking number. The description was confusing. It was only a guide (instructions) not the item itself. What to do?

You can open a Return Request after the item arrives. Carefully read and select the proper reason for the return.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
