Cancellation on Promoted Item
I had a listing for over $100 that I promoted. Someone accidentally purchased and requested a refund. I was going to accept but I’ll be charged roughly $20 for the promotion of the item. I don’t think that’s fair because the item didn’t actually sell and I literally can’t pay it we cause I’ll be returning the pending funds. Is there anything else I can do?

Mentor2 years agoWhen you cancel a transaction, you receive a credit for your fees. Choose the reason that the buyer requested the cancellation for this transaction.
