Cancellation of Shipping Label Not Processed
I sold an item an eBay. Proceeded to print shipping label. Issue with our wifi froze my computer in middle of process so I started over. eBay then created a second label for same item. I printed one of the labels and submitted a cancellation request for the second label that I DID NOT PRINT EVER. The item was received by the buyer. All is well except eBay still has NOT cancelled the unused shipping label for $10.21. How do I get them to give me credit? Thank you

Mentor1 year agoIf you properly voided the unused label the shipping carrier will take 21 days to make sure the label was not used before authorizing the refund. eBay will let you know when this happens and the refund would be available for payout.
