Cancellation of order.
I ordered some items from a seller. They said they ship within 1-3 working days. It has been that and more and they created a label but have not actually shipped the items. After waiting on shipment to start I found a much better deal and a much quicker delivery option. I contacted the seller to try and catch them before they actually ship the item but they have not responded. I really don’t want to wait til the item arrives and then try to ship it back because it would cost me more to ship it back then it would to keep it. It’s a large item.

Mentor3 years agoFirst of all, you don't know the seller hasn't shipped. He may have shipped without getting an acceptance scan. Since is isn't responding and since you agreed to the estimated delivery date shown on the listing, you'll have to wait until the day after that date passes before taking action.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
