cancellation of order
Hello, I have already made the payment after the successful bidding, but the item has not been shipped yet. I would like to apply for cancellation of the order and a refund. I have contacted the seller who agreed to the refund, but they do not know how to proceed. May I ask how the seller can cancel the order and refund it?

·2 years agoAll the seller has to do is go to the order and click Cancel in the menu next to the order.
