Cancellation of item 25-10270-99500
I placed order on 7-11-23 order 25-10270-99500 and then cancelled order on 7-11-23. I got a message from seller saying it was too late to cancel and yet the order was not shipped as of 7-12-23.

Buyers cannot cancel their orders, they can only REQUEST that the seller cancel.
The seller was not obligated to cancel the transaction
