Cancellation of an order
I created a listing for a car seat for a minivan. Someone ordered this item, but when I brought it to the specified shipping company, it turned out that the weight was too heavy for shipment.
How can I cancel the order so I can update the listing with a different shipping company, allowing the buyer to reorder the item?
