cancellation not registering

Question

Plese help, I sold a coach wallet , I printed the shipping slip. Then buyer wanted to cancel, requested to cancel. I cancelled the shipping label because it had not scanned. I try to cancel order and it says you can not cancel order because a cancel was already started...It still says to ship wallet... WHat am I doing wrong?

If you printed the label after the buyer requested a cancellation, that is considered to be declining the cancellation.

You can send a refund

1) Go to your Sold order here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

2) Select "Send Refund" from the drop-down list to the right.

3) You will be able to select the exact amount of the refund to send.

4) Confirm the refund
