Cancellation limbo
Hi! I had a buyer buy one of my items and then minutes later request a cancellation (indicated that the purchase was a mistake). I accepted the cancellation and then approved of the refund and re-listing of the item. The item then ended up in some strange limbo state. I've seen many transactions for this cancellation and I just got an ebay email reminder telling me that I need to ship this item. My seller hub says that this order's status is "pending cancellation". Help!!
How can I get out of this mess?
