Cancellation issue
Hello. I refunded a buyer due to a listing error. I should have canceled the order to generate the refund. Now the order is still pending shipment and I can’t cancel it. How can I cancel this order so that it doesn’t count against me for delayed shipment?

Mentor3 years agoYou can’t, but you don’t have to be 100% on shipping, even to be top rated.
You can archive the order, if you want to get it off of your waiting for shipment page. You have to use seller hub to do that - https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS - select archive from the menu next to that order.
