Cancellation issue
I am trying to cancel an order, but the seller states that they can’t see the order. My account marks the order as paid for with cancellation pending. I’ve contacted Etsy about this as a technical issue, since the AI doesn’t seem to understand my predicament when I ask for help. What else can I do? Has this happened to anyone else? I

You will need to wait for the seller to respond to the cancellation request.
If they do not respond to the request or if they decline your cancellation request you will need to proceed with your purchase.
