Mentor3 years agoBuyers can request a cancellation, but sellers are not obligated to comply. Cancellations cost sellers time and money they cannot recoup and disrupt the marketplace for other buyers. Some sellers are not even able to comply as the order automatically goes into an ordering system.
It's important to decide that you want the item BEFORE you commit to buy.
Check the Shipping, returns & payments tab of the item listing to see if you might be able to return the item once it's received.
