Cancellation
Buyer asked to cancel order, I have no payment in PayPal for this purchase. It says I cannot cancel order as a cancellation is in progress. In the meantime I have a late shipment notice.
I cannot ship an item that hasno payment. I asked the buyer for his transaction number and have not heard back. How do I move forward without penalty.
