Cancellation
Buyer requested to cancel order, because of medical procedure I failed to respond in 3 days. I tried contacting buyer no response, I tried to cancel order but it won't allow me to do so. It states that cancellation already exists. Do I go ahead and ship item out?

The buyer has asked you to cancel the order, so I would not ship the item out. You can use the Send refund option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your Orders list to return the buyer's payment. I would also send a message of explanation and apology to the buyer for the delay and inconvenience caused.
Next time you have a medical procedure or other event that will/might prevent you from fulfilling orders, you can put your items on Time Away. See this link:

OP1 month agoThanks for the reply. It was supposed to be a one day procedure, but due to blood pressure issues I ended up staying overnight. The next time I will put it on time away. Thanks for the advise.
