Cancellation
Hi,
I purchased an item but shortly afterward I made a request to cancel the order because I found a better price. It's been 3 days now, the seller has not responded to my cancellation request and upon looking on the sellers storefront, they removed the item completely from their store now. Not sure what to do now because the seller is not responding? Any suggestion on how I can get ebay involved to cancel? It sucks because I already paid.

eBay will not cancel your purchase - it is up to the seller, who does not have to agree to the cancellation.
If he has not responded within 3 business days, the cancellation is considered denied and the seller must ship.
You can check the seller’s return policy on the item - if no returns then you cannot return it for finding a better price.
