Cancellation
anyone else has experienced this situation.
I purchased two pressure washers from different sellers, and in both cases, after they received my payment, they told me the product was suddenly damaged and asked me to request the cancellation myself in order to get a refund.
This seems very suspicious to me, and I am wondering if some sellers use this method as a type of scam or fraud. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Tell the sellers that they need to cancel the transaction themselves using the reason that they are out of stock/item is damaged. Indicate that sellers who misrepresent the reason for the cancellation will be reported to eBay.
If the seller doesn't cancel, here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
If you need to report the seller, you can do so here:
