cancellation
Buyer requested cancellation before I shipped but if I cancel it and return the funds it says I will still owe $11.66 because some of the funds are still on hold and it says it will charge the $11.66 to my card. Will that get refunded? And what happens if I don't have $11.66 in that account to get charged and refunded, what happens then? Sorry for the run on sentences.

Mentor4 months agoIf your funds from your sale are not available yet, the refund will have to come from your backup funding source (your card). When you receive your payout, the $11.66 will be released into your account that you set up to receive payouts.
