cancellation
Hi, I purchased a textbook and the seller messaged me stating that this was a global book and would have a different ISBN and cover than the one shown, but still has the same content as the book I see a cover of. They asked if I would like to cancel it, so I cancelled it. I did a cancellation and now it is saying the seller has 3 days to respond if I can cancel or not? Why would I have to wait 3 days to know, the seller was literally the one that messaged me? When I responded to them I didn't receive a response, is it probably an automated system? This is so annoying 😞
