Cancellation
I canceled an order because I found a cheaper option. I got an email from ebay saying my cancellation was denied, but the buyer is sending me messages saying he tried to cancel as well and when he clicks in the order to cancel, it does not let him saying a cancellation order already exists. Its showing as a late shipment on his screen and uncancellable on mine. How do we get this corrected?
